Our bespoke service is a conversation between you and our workshop. You bring the room and the idea; we bring four decades of combined making. Every commission is built once, for one address, and signed off by the hands that made it.
Send us a photograph, a floor plan, or just a feeling. We'll talk through how the piece will be used, the light it will live in, and the materials that suit both.
From there we draw. You'll receive a sketch, a materials board, and a fixed quote — nothing goes to the workshop until the drawing feels like yours.
Your commission is cut, joined, and finished in our Pretoria workshop — one maker responsible for the piece from first cut to final coat.
We photograph the work in progress and share it as we go. Lead times are honest: a considered piece takes six to ten weeks, and we'd rather tell you that now.

We deliver and place the piece ourselves in the Pretoria metro, and work with trusted couriers across South Africa for everything else.
Every commission leaves with its care notes and our workshop guarantee — and a standing invitation to bring it back to us if it ever needs attention.
We take a limited number of commissions each season so that every piece gets the workshop time it deserves. Current lead time is six to ten weeks from approved drawing.
