Most made-to-order pieces take three to five weeks from order confirmation. Bespoke commissions take six to ten weeks from the approved drawing — we confirm the lead time before anything goes to the workshop.

Yes — delivery is complimentary on orders over R 1 500, anywhere in South Africa. Larger furniture pieces are delivered by specialist couriers, and we deliver and place pieces ourselves around Pretoria.

Online orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery under the ECTA cooling-off period, and defective items are covered for 6 months under the CPA. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are excluded unless defective. See our Return Policy for the details.

Timber, leather, and hand-woven textiles age beautifully with a little care — keep pieces out of harsh direct sun, wipe with a barely damp cloth, and treat leather and timber once or twice a year. Every piece leaves us with its own care notes.
