The essence of interior design will always be about people and how they live — not about fashion, or what is in or out. Our role is to understand how you live, and to design a home that supports it beautifully for years to come.
Your first consultation is complimentary. It is our chance to walk through your space, listen to your ideas and share some first thoughts — with no obligation.

What we do
The Scope of Our Work
Owl + Fox is a multi-disciplinary studio. We can guide your home from first idea to final styling, or step in for the parts of the journey where you need us most.

3D Visualisation
Photorealistic renders of your design, so you can see and refine your home before anything is built. Render packs for estate and HOA approval are also available.

Project Management
We coordinate contractors, trades and suppliers on site, with regular status reports, keeping your project on programme and true to the design.

Procurement & Sourcing
We specify, source and order furniture, fittings and finishes on your behalf — managing cost, delivery and quality from supplier to site.

Landscape Plans
An optional 2D plan for hard and soft landscaping — a clear guide for your outdoor spaces that can be implemented now or over time.

Curtain Atelier & Shop
Made-to-measure curtains, blinds and automation, and a curated collection of furniture, art and décor. More below.

Seven clear steps, in two phases. The first is about understanding you and resolving every detail on paper — before anything is built.

ComplimentaryWe begin with a walkthrough of your home, in person or virtually. We explore how you live, your vision, preferences, budget and goals — and set a clear, considered design direction from the very start.

Concept Development
From what we learn, we distil the design principles for your home and present concept sketches, mood boards and first floor plan ideas — then gather your feedback.

Design Development
With your input, we refine the concept into a detailed design — selecting materials, finishes, furniture and lighting — and bring it to life in high-quality 3D renders, revised until it feels right.

Documentation
We translate the approved design into detailed drawings and specifications, so contractors and suppliers know exactly what to build — accurately, consistently and without costly guesswork.
At the end of phase one, you hold a complete, buildable design for your home — yours to implement with us, or with a contractor of your choice.

Implementation
Once your design is approved, we manage procurement and construction, working closely with contractors, trades and suppliers. Larger projects can be phased over time to suit your budget.

Finishing Touches
As the project nears completion we install and style — art, soft furnishings, curtains and the final layer of detail that brings warmth and personality to your space.

Completion
We inspect every detail against our standards before handing your home over to you — finished, considered and ready to be lived in.

How Fees Work
Clear and staged, so you only commit to the next step once you are comfortable with the last.
I. First consultation
Complimentary. We meet, walk through your space and talk through your ideas — with no obligation.
II. Design proposal
You receive our first thoughts and a quotation for the design phase — steps 01 to 04.
III. Implementation
Procurement, project management and installation are quoted separately, once the final design and scope are approved.
IV. Phased to suit you
Larger homes can be designed as a whole and built over time, so costs stay manageable and the result stays cohesive.
